The Nashville food scene is rocking! I covered 15 restaurants in 4 days including James Beard Foundation contenders Folk for Best New Restaurant and Henrietta Red for Outstanding Restauranteur and Best Chef. My favorite was Adele’s, Chef Jonathan Waxman’s Nashville restaurant honoring his mother. Simple dishes but delicious!
