The R&D process continues…20 restaurants in Atlanta in 10 days. What are the popular trends and menu items that are being served at the restaurants I visited? Here we go:

I treat these restaurant visits as if I am still in Culinary School. Dissecting each and every ingredient tests my palate in distinguishing flavors and ingredients. For now, at this stage of our R&D, it’s all about information gathering. Heading to Nashville and West Palm Beach next. Stay tuned!
